‘Feminine form’ Ayurveda means allowing, yielding, feeling into… a holistic approach to health which takes many aspects into account. It is the contrary to the linear approach of “lets fix it”!!
Every day I claim my participation in my health and no longer seek authority outside of myself anymore. Giving away my power to other people, who I thought know me better than I know myself, has been my biggest learning and take away through Ayurveda.
There are whole industries which are busy trying to disconnect us from our health, bodies and wisdom, making us confused, sick, and disconnected.
Allopathic medicine is very necessary and saves lives in incredible ways, but we have become way too dependent on it, and are giving our power away all too easily.
I invite you to journey with me towards a more balanced and aligned lifestyle.
‘For too long, we have been taught that health comes from external sources…
We fail to see the miracle and beauty of our own nature and healing capacity in the midst of the endless data from our devices, labs, surveys etc.

I want to share with you how empowering and transformative it has been for me to reconnect with my innate healing capacity (the divine healer), which we all have.
What’s beautiful about Ayurveda is that it is a natural healing system, and also a way of life. It’s a lifestyle – a set of principles and practices that you can learn and welcome into your day-to-day life, as you deepen your understanding of it and experience its benefits.
We will work together by diving deep into all areas of your life. Exploring your daily stressors, sleep routine, what- and when you eat, how exercise fits into your daily life, your relationships, your daily rhythms, your elimination and digestion… and from this place we will see what is working and in balance – and what might be out of balance (and why). We will be using accessible remedies like food, lifestyle, self-care, herbal support, movement, and ritual to create balance and ease.
For me, Ayurveda is about living with truth and integrity; both within yourself and the world around you. This ancient science is foremost about our intimate and harmonious relationship with nature.
For example, it might be better for us to move at the pace of nature (where everything takes its own time!) – rather than at technology’s pace! Ayurveda teaches us to pay attention to the qualities and rhythms of nature, and her elements, in order to better understand our personal qualities and life rhythms.
